Repair a Relationship

Take a minute to think about your social connections. Are you holding and grudges? Have you had a falling out with a friend? Dozen’s of studies show that people who have solid relationships with family and friends and within their communities live longer and are happier and healthier. Not sure where to start? “Often the most effective tool for healing a rift is not talking but listening” Find a quiet place to meet, power down our phones, and give each other time to speak – without interruption. Still can’t see eye to eye? Ask yourself how you’ll feel about this clash a year from now. It can help you find more forgiveness and view the conflict in a reasoned, positive light.- Dayna  Kurtz

Very important tips you got here because repairing a broken relationship more especially if the guilty part won’t admits can be very tricky to keep calm so another thing that we as people must know is that when it comes to reconciliation one party have to compromise and something you at no fault will be the one who compromises.
