How do you stay motivated during long term projects… I have a side gig as a career consultant, where I help job seekers. In my day job, there are channels of approval that my decisions need to go through, and some times it can make me doubt myself. What I love about my side hustle is that I’m running the show, and I get to be the expert. That makes me surer of myself. This confidence transfer over to my day job and motivities me to be more outspoken in group setting during long term projects. -Sonia Acosta
