In order to remain in good spirits, you need intentional self-care. Carve out enough time for exercise and sleep this month. Try a new workout routine, and hit the sheets earlier each night- then watch how much easier it becomes to knock out your to do list. Be good to yourself.

Very true. We often compromise our sleep and rest for work and also often for screen. Reducing screen time and having proper rest contribute a lot to well being.

I agree many of us tend to put ourselves on the bottom of the “to-do” list. May that change for all of us, and you make self care intentional.

I’ve fallen off my workout since my mother passed last month. I think I’ve worked out maybe once since. But I’m getting back at it next week. My house should be clean this Wednesday and I get my system back going. 🙂

It is okay to take time to process, and heal. I am also a firm believer that we can all live healthy lifestyles with the simplest of steps. You may enjoy this post “Selfcare”
