Intentional Self-care

Very true. We often compromise our sleep and rest for work and also often for screen. Reducing screen time and having proper rest contribute a lot to well being.

  4. I’ve fallen off my workout since my mother passed last month. I think I’ve worked out maybe once since. But I’m getting back at it next week. My house should be clean this Wednesday and I get my system back going. 🙂
