  1. I stop eating bread in 2017! If not I’d be 200 pounds today. Now if I could just let go of sweets and french fries.

I can not imagine giving up bread. I believe everything in moderation. I am unsure if its necessary to give up sweets, set some rules for yourself. For example, I love bread, but I will only purchase it from a certain bakery which is across town. Which means were rarely have bread in our home, but when we do it is the “good” stuff, and worth every bite.

I do this every time I bake. Keeps me from snacking on the entire loaf as well as keeping it fresher longer.
