Ground Beef Can’t Decide Who to Meet Burgers or Meatballs?

What would you prefer- mini cute burger, or meatballs for spaghetti? I always love when my spouse makes the trio of burgers, not to mention they are fun and affordable if you’re throwing a party. They allow you to keep one hand free! Then again, I love meatballs in my spaghetti. It just seems to make the spaghetti more authentic. No matter what your preference is this recipe can be turned into either. Bon appetite!

  • 20 ounce package of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of Reggiano parmesan
  • ½ cup of bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • Pepper and Lawry’s seasoning salt

 Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg and bread crumbs, using your hands. Roll each patty/meatball into a golf ball size. If you are cooking meatballs, place about 1 inch apart on baking dish. Press down on the bottom to flatten slightly. Bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350, then turn them over and cook five more minutes. If you’re making mini burgers, put them on the grill and cook until your preferred temperature.

I love spaghetti with meatballs, my husband loves hamburgers and we both love meatloaf. He loves making sandwiches with the leftover meatloaf the next day.
