I just set up my winter storm voicemail, and email. “The city is set to shut down, and I am blessed that our power is still on. So, yes; I have Netflix and my clean fuzzy blanket right out the dryer, and my fire place is going. My spouse has also finally found something to do with the pineapple we received (don’t ask!) and has magically found a soda on our bar cart. Cheers to winter storms!
½ cup of Pineapple
Mango Pineapple Vodka
3 slices of Jalapeño
1 Mandarin peeled
1 Jarritos Guava Soda
Methodology: Muddle all ingredients excluding the soda in a shaker. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain cocktail into rocks glass and top with Guava soda.
