My corner store sells a 20-pack of frozen samosas. THEY’RE DELISH and save me the hour journey to the local Indian store.
I bought the last pack months ago, and they never restocked.
On this day, I looked into the freezer section, and saw another 20-pack tucked all the way in the back.
I believe it was there for me.
I use an avocado oil from Trader Joe’s to season my cast iron. I’ve forgotten to pick up a bottle the last two times I’ve gone grocery shopping.
As I was doing my dishes, I glanced at the rows of oils and spices layered above my fridge. Seeing a familiar bottle cap, I reached back, and pulled out an unopened bottle of avocado oil.
I believe it was there for me.
