Carve out 15 or 20 minutes to dress. Lay your outfit out on a scarf or colorful towel before putting it on. Encourage yourself to integrate jewelry or accessories. Put on music. Spray Febreze evocatively through the air! Keep fresh flowers or a plant on your bathroom vanity table, even if it’s a single bud in a tiny vase!
And don’t forget to hang up your clothes at the end of the day, airing them out for a few hours, if you can.
