Is there something you know now about being a working woman  that you did not know when you began your career? One thing I would say is the you’ll get so many opportunities. It is important to pick something and drive that path forward. I often say, “Make a decision and then make it the right decision.” I was fortunate to have a great pathway and receive a lot of exposure to various things. I was able to learn a lot whether it was at the Department Of Defense Clear Channel or working for myself in my twenties, but at the end of the day, I do think there’s a benefit to picking a lane. Don’t allow yourself to be distracted to the point that you’re sacrificing your valuable time. – Dia Simms
