Mood Booster

My mood-booster is retail therapy. If I’m feeling low about myself, I buy outfits that will make me feel amazing. I love dressing myself in my imagination and building it around a scenario. I picture when I am going to wear that outfit, and it always comes true. – Rickey Thompson

  1. Retail therapy I believe is everyone’s go too. However, I must stop if I’m going to finish this nursing program. That thing there is a mess, literally!

It is not everyone’s, but it is for a lot of people. I also know retail therapy means different things for different individuals. For some it is browsing online, others it is feeling up virtual carts or creating wish lists. Then for some it means purchasing items. I highly caution against this one unless the individual has the means, and the space. In saying that, stick to your goals sis, stay focused!
