— Send a thank-you note. Regardless of the length of your stay, be sure to always send a thank-you note after your visit. This thoughtful gesture will always be appreciated.

Yes, it can be I truly try to be mindful and keep mines in my handbag when visiting friends. I may miss the opportunity to take a photo, but I truly rather be present in the moment.
