Emotional Mapping 

Emotional Map – draw out (and understand) all your recent feelings. Label them, color code them, add bullet points of everything that makes you feel each emotion. This allows you to decouple the elements and save the good, and work on the parts that are challenging.

    I really like the idea of emotional mapping and am going to give it a try. I have used mind mapping for many years to more deeply understand situations and to explore options that I can embrace to overcome obstacles and challenges.
