Emotional Map – draw out (and understand) all your recent feelings. Label them, color code them, add bullet points of everything that makes you feel each emotion. This allows you to decouple the elements and save the good, and work on the parts that are challenging.

It is wonderful exercise, and pairs exceptionally well with an emotional wheel. The added insight can be helpful in helping an individual to better understand places and their relationships with their bodies and minds.
