Have a date night with yourself. And I don’t mean a sheet mask and a new episode of Love Is Blind. I mean an indulgent, no-holds-barred date with yourself in the city. Aperitif cocktails at a hotel bar, dinner with no distractions (though I’ll allow a book you’ve bought at Barnes & Noble and not had the time to get to), and a long, rambling walk home to delve into your thoughts, preferably at a water’s edge. There’s nothing more sexy film noir than being by oneself. – Lynette Nylander

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
I use to do this often. I’ll get back to it at some point this year hopefully!

It can be difficult to maintain a consistent routine. My preferred alternative is taking a proper lunch break away from campus; enjoying a wonderful meal with a good book or magazine for an hour is often very rejuvenating in the middle of the day.
