  1. Since the Bible doesn’t tell us individually what jobs we should take or even where God wants us, my prayer in matters like this is that God would open the door where He wants me, and if possible, shut all the wrong ones! I realize it doesn’t always happen that neatly. When multiple doors open, that’s when to call on the Holy Spirit to help guide.

I admire your insight; it is a wonderful way to seek God’s guidance. I once heard someone say that when you give a job your time, you are also giving it your conscience; eventually, your life becomes filled with the reality that your work presents. This is why I consistently seek God’s guidance in my career. I do not want to work in an environment that feels like a prison; instead, I want my work to be a vehicle toward my dreams. To me, no amount of security is worth a life of suffering and misery.❤️ —Thanks for taking the time to read, and comment.
