“If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity
would not be so welcome.”welcome.”

Yes, and I have read some research that says we need seasons to both help the body and also mind and spirit.

I was online looking for a country I could move to and live comfortable off of $7K a month. B/c that is all I would have without working. And of course it had to only one or two seasons, summer for sure and maybe some spring. I absolutely HATE winter. I don’t know what it did to me but death to winter for me. I blame it on being raised in Chicago when we got snow in September. I just don’t ever want to be cold again.

A monthly budget of$7,000 provides an incredibly comfortable standard of living in most countries, allowing you to easily leverage your background as a Registered Nurse. Meanwhile, your take on Chicago winters gave me a good laugh—you truly either love them or hate them, and I love knowing exactly where you stand! ❤ —Thanks for taking the time to read, and comment!
