When an interviewer asks you this question, it is very important that you have an answer. Many candidates make the mistake of saying that they have no questions at the end of the interview. What this does is communicate to the interviewer that you are so nervous that you just want to get it over with, you are unprepared for the question or you are not really interested in working for the company. Here is some of my favorite questions to ask
- How did you make the decision to join the company What were the three most important questions that you asked of yourself when you made that decisions, and how would those questions be different if you were asking them today.
- What are the companies two biggest challenges over the next 12-24 months?
- What is the biggest investment that the company will undertake in the next 12 months?
- Who or what is the biggest competitive threat to the company?
Nice one have never thought of that

Thank you. I like to think of it as turning the tables and allowing you to ask the interviewer a view questions. Just make sure you read their website first so your not asking obvious questions. 🙂

I view it as the opportunity to also interview them as well. Make sure you actually want to be there.

I agree because every job is not for everybody, and this is a great way for a interviewer to make a decision. I also learned to look at facial expressions, listen for change in tone as that two can tell you a lot about the interviewer.
