Defining Empowerment

Empowerment. It makes us sound like victims who need to be empowered. I am empowered. I am powerful. It’s not my fault if systemic and structural issues are oppressing me. As for the narrative of “Women are lacking in ambition and confidence too? Well, she replies with a verbal wine, “I’m NOT”
