Healing Self

“i used to think self-trust was about never making mistakes. now i know it’s about how i treat myself when i do.

what have you learned about the ways you betray yourself? what does your body feel like when you’re honoring your truth versus when you’re abandoning it? what’s one boundary you’ve set or strengthened this month? what becomes possible now that you’re practicing deeper self-trust? i believe that when we heal this relationship with ourselves, everything shifts. our work becomes more authentic. our relationships become more honest. our presence in the world becomes more powerful. this isn’t about perfection, sis. it’s about progress. about the courage to begin again each time we falter. about treating ourselves with the same compassion we so freely give to others.
