Generosity as a mindful attitude means giving of yourself to others with an open heart, without expecting anything in return or overextending yourself. Practicing generosity may take the form of offering grace or forgiveness to yourself and/or others. It may also serve to heighten your sense of interconnectedness with others and leave you with a fuller heart.
