What is this newness with ancestors? It went viral a few years ago and hasn’t stopped. What are you all saying?

I do not know how others are referencing the word “ancestors.” I use the word ancestors interchangeably with the word elder. I also use it to mean I am connected with my ancestral heritage i.e. stories, traditions, values, ethnic origins. It is the blend of “where I am from” (ancestry/genetics) and “what I am learning” (heritage/culture) that shapes who I am. ❤ —Thanks for taking the time to read, and comment.

No part of Jesus? Our ancestors were nothing like us though. I don’t believe we, I, could have made it through what our, my, ancestors had gone through.
