I’ve definitely felt that ache or unexplainable irritability when I’ve been ignoring my creative urges.
It’s like your soul is nagging you, and if you don’t give it a healthy outlet, it finds a way to get your attention anyhow, usually not in a fun way.

Creativity stirs up such joy when we find good outlets for it. I like to think of it as God’s sharing with us the pleasure of creating the universe. In Genesis we read that God saw what He created, “and it was good.” That must have made Him happy. 🙂
