I’d like to think that they help. Thank you for the reminder ☺️

  2. I can’t help remembering back to my wedding gifts – hundreds of them – and writing a thank-you note for each one. It took me weeks. I deliberately made each note personal and specific – no generic “Thank you for the present” shortcuts. My mother said one of her friends told her what a beautiful note she got, how she was going to keep it, and how she’d said, “I’d send her a gift every day, if I could get a sweet note like that for each one.”

As my father used to say, “Nothing is appreciated quite as much as appreciation.”

(So, to answer your question, I’d say “yes.” 😉 )

What a thoughtful and beautiful keepsake to offer your guests! I completely agree with your father’s wisdom, too. Thank you so much for sharing.❤ —Thanks for taking the time to read, and comment.
