Evaluate your complaints.

In relationships, we often face recurring problems that don’t change—no matter how much we fight, advocate for our needs, or complain. When you find yourself complaining about the same issue repeatedly, it’s an opportunity to evaluate what you want and what’s standing in the way. Sometimes what you want isn’t possible. Even then, you still have a choice about what you’ll tolerate. Take the time to evaluate what feels right for you.
