listen to your body before your mind explains it away.
your body often notices what’s unsustainable before your thoughts do. fatigue, irritability, tension, difficulty sleeping, and feeling constantly on edge are all forms of communication, not inconveniences to ignore and push past. most things actually can wait.

  1. That little small voice! I’ve moved back home and tonight is the first day of quiet and stillness. I can actually hear myself think again. But I miss my 681sf!
