I received this product free for testing purposes but the opinions are 100% my own.

If you’re following my Instagram you know my family and I have happily become salad people. I believe in eating locally. I also believe in cutting my range on as little as possible during these hot summer days. With salad often comes salad dressing, and this is when I have come to really appreciate Herb Farm’s NW Pike Place Herbs (this is the seasoning that started it all for me, you can read it here). No longer do I have to cut and harvest my own herbs. I just pick up my jar of Pike Place Herbs (it truly is a garden in a jar- the contents read oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, garlic, onion, pepper, chili flakes, kosher salt) and whip up a batch of this Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Two lids full of Pike Place Herbs seasoning
- Mustard Grey Poupon if you got it
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 freshly grated Pecorino Romano
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of O Olive Oil White Balsamic Vinegar
Add all the ingredients to a food processor except oil. Pulse and add oil as ingredients blend. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Keep leftover dressing in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 days.
