
I came across the container of orzo and had the perfect dinner idea. Bon Appetit
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 roasted bell pepper
- 2 tsp of butter
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ cup white cheddar
- 2 scallions
- Lawrey’s seasoning salt
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Herb’n Farm
Preparation: Bring a large sauce pan water to a boil over medium heat. Cook the orzo until tender, about 10 minutes. After the orzo has been cooking for about five minutes, add the roasted bell pepper, garlic, and scallion blend to pot. Add white cheese, butter and herb farm. Stir thoroughly, allowing cheese to melt. Slowly add the cream, while stirring. Continue to stir and add cream until you reach your desired consistency.
