My spouse texted me today to inform me he was going to put away the patio furniture.  I wanted to have one meal on the finished deck. I know the weather is changing, but we worked our asses off over the summer on that  deck. I deserved one meal that was not surrounded with flaking paint, mounds of sanding dust, stain samples, and pressure washer cords. I texted back “Hold off- one last meal”. I present you with this warm your bones corn “bisque”. My spouse the chef says I can’t call it bisque cause it’s not smooth, but I cooked it, so its bisque.
