Pork Chops with Citrus – Cilantro Vinaigrette

Succulent grilled pork chops make a perfect dinner, any night of the week

• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• juice of 2 clementines
• 1 tbsp of garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro minced
• 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• Herb & Farm Mix
Preheat a grill to medium-high. Add all the ingredients except porkchops to a mixing bowl and mix well. Place pork chops in bowl and let marinade a minimum of one hour. Place on the preheated grill and cook for four to five minutes per side. Let rest for two to three minutes.
