I simply would not have any idea what I was doing. Now that I am learning I ask and pray that you instill in me all the things I need to be a competent SW.

Hindsight moment I wish someone would have told me it’s okay to ask interviewers for feedback, no they may not always comply, but at least it will show you’re open to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
