I always would tell young ladies that I’d mentor that if you have jealousy in your heart to pray. That spirit also comes with a spirit of murder! There is a book I once read call Pigs in the Parlor. Oh my it woke me up literally. I’m always trying to get ME right!

Prayer is a good suggestion. I think another practical suggestion is asking “Why am jealous?” Jealously is often driven by low self-esteem, or a poor self-image. If an individual doesn’t feel confident or attractive, or valued they will often project malice toward others…
