Keep searching for something wonderful, always believing its waiting just around the corner. It’s what I miss most about being in new places. I miss the sense of discovery, the constant search for the unexpected – and the certain knowledge that I’m going to find it.

I feel like that too! I loved traveling and would do it full time if we could afford it. We may take another run at it if we can find a way to sustain our travel in our faithful Miranda our Motorhome. She is conservative, but, we figured that she was about $.50 a mile to use. Depends on the price of gas, and the cost of stay in parks.

Traveling is so important to discover ourselves, and the world around us. I know most state parks use to offer free park days. I am not sure how that has changed with the pandemic, but it is worth looking into.

A great blogger I follow always reminds his audience of this. Never stop moving because the next step could be the one that gets us to where we want to go. Sometimes the fog is thick, or the forest seems impassable, or the end of the seemingly never-ending wall is just there. We don’t have to move fast, or far, on any given day, but we can keep moving.
Thank for sharing this. ❤
