Recognition is a funny thing because on the one hand, you absolutely want to be recognized for your work. But on the other hand, being recognized doesn’t mean you’ve achieved everything you set out to achieve.   1. I’m finally learning to celebrate my wins. It’s taken me a life time thus far b/c of my upbringing or my way of thinking. Remaining humble doesn’t mean you acknowledge your wins. I do just that these days. Even the small ones.
