Entertaining Tip: Dishes

Start with an Empty Dishwasher…”Always start a party with an empty dishwasher! That way you don’t end up with a dirty pile of dishes in the sink with nowhere to go. Plus, guests are often willing to pitch in on dish duty, and having an empty dishwasher to start makes the task a lot easier.” —Jenny Hughes

Yes, it’s also great for those who love to help. You can simply say please put your dish in the dishwasher, or yes, you can help by unloading the dishwasher and stacking the dishes on the counter for guests to use.

  2. I’ve had a dishwasher every since I left Chicago, however after ALL these years, my first time using one was when I redid my kitchen a couple years ago. Now I run it daily. I can’t not having one.
