Therapy Myth

Starting therapy means something is wrong with you.
I mean, therapy can definitely help if something is wrong with you, but you don’t have to wait for that to get support. In fact, some of the most transformative therapy happens when people are functioning well but want to live with more clarity, freedom, and peace. It is important to also see therapy is a tool for growth. If you are successful, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent—you can still benefit from having a safe space to unpack, unlearn, and level up.
