Schedule joy, not just productivity. Add joyful things to your calendar just as you would work meetings. This could be a weekly dinner date with yourself, a monthly gathering with friends, or simply blocking time to rest without guilt.

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
You know I think I was trying to find joy outside myself at one point in my life. I don’t think that we can find joy outside of us b/c I honestly believes it comes from Jesus! Happiness is something that we ourselves can create!

I love this! And it should never come with guilt. Scheduling joy should be uppermost on our daily tasks!

Me too! I have a wonderful habit of opening my calendar at the start of the year I block off random days for self, without an ounce of guilt and they always tend to pop up when I need them the most. ❤ —Thanks for taking the time to read, and comment.
