I’ve audited my friend group. Editing your friends down to those who understand your worth, and spending time with those who are most aligned with what you want for the next half of your life, is key as we age. We’ve been on this earth long enough to spot a true companion. Our bodies are also changing, so empathetic friends trump wingmen from your 20s. We need friends who know and can love us through transitions—from menopause to losing a parent. Who do you want to grow old with? – Kristina Grish
Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…

A fine philosophy, especially in blogging friendships

I’ve been getting together with a group of women every Wednesday morning for prayer. (Recently we celebrated the hostess’s 93rd birthday!) We pray for one another, our children, our grandchildren, and maybe a great-grandchild or two. Friends like these are so special. ❤
