Protecting your peace

staying informed does not mean staying immersed. you can know what’s happening without letting it consume your whole day and shift your entire mood.this isn’t about toxic positivity or ignoring real problems. it’s about creating intentional space between ourselves and constant exposure to things we can’t immediately change. joy isn’t a luxury we get to experience once everything in the world or our lives is fixed. it’s a daily survival strategy that keeps us resilient enough to keep showing up.

this week, i invite you to examine your own boundaries:

where might you be overexposing yourself to information that depletes you? what would a healthier relationship with news and social media look like for you? what’s one boundary you can lovingly set this week to protect your joy? remember, creating boundaries isn’t selfish —it’s necessary. your joy is worth protecting, especially when the world feels heavy.

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
