A good friend left me a voicemail and said, “I can’t find your Labor Day cocktail on your blog” I have no clue how I forgot to post this recipe summer 2016 ; or how I didn’t wax on about one of the great fruit hybrids of all time Plout (plum and aprium ) Do you have a favorite hybrid food? If you could create one what would it be ? Anyway, it is never too late to enjoy a refreshing cocktail and plumcot is best. Cheers!!
- 2 pluots pitted and cut into chunks
- 3 oz. vodka
- 3 oz. lemonade
- mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Place fruit chunks and mint leaves in shaker and muddle. Combine vodka and lemonade in a martini shaker filled with ice and mix well. Strain, divide between the two glasses, and garnish.
