I believe in trying everything in its rawest form. Therefore, when I spotted the beautiful figs I asked for a sample and then popped one in my mouth. The subtle sweetness and seedy texture made me think, “Oh, these would make great cocktails.” Cheers
1 tsp honey
1 Ginger beer
2 oz Vodka
¼ C. Lemonade
Methodology: Cut the figs in half. Add all ingredients to shaker, excluding the Ginger beer. Muddle well. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, pressing down as much as possible to get every bit of liquid. Fill your cocktail glass with ice and strain the drink over ice. Top with ginger beer.
