Real Life of an MSW 
Yes. A few years ago we had a reunion for the staff I had managed through the ’70s. I remembered who everyone was, what their roles had been, but, Boy, did I need those name tags.

I agree names tags can be a positive trigger to recall someone position/title. I have also found it just a proper level of respect to call someone by their name. Thanks for reading and commenting.
