
In my house we eat snap peas by the handful. They are often one of the first things you will notice when you open my refrigerator. Noticing just a few handfuls left today, I decided to turn them into a simple dinner. Bon Appetite.
- 1 pound of snap peas
- Sesame oil to drizzle
- Pike Place’s Pepper Rub
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and toss. Lay out on a baking sheet, cooking at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until crisp.

I made roasted snap peas yesterday with ginger and sesame oil. Great minds think alike!
