Beautiful Language

There is an expression in the Filipino language, tagalog that has guided my own work. In Tagalog, you don’t ask someone, “What do you do for work?” You ask, “Ano and hanapnuhay mo” What is your search in life? It’s a beautiful way to talk about work. It’s not just your livelihood. It’s how you make life. Its what makes you feel fully alive and allows you to bring the best of your gifts forward.  – Rich Fernandez
