I opened the freezer to find two whole Costco Foster Farm chickens. I laughed as it is clear my spouse is not letting me live done the tale of the costly chicken. However, I too have a sense of humor and whipped up this delicious garlic chicken on none other than Valentine’s Day. Bon Appétit.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a food processor, add half of the garlic cloves and rosemary (Strip the leaves off the rosemary sprigs) and pulse.
