Advice for a Writer

Make your work. Find a way to make your work. I think that’s the best way to see if your work has legs. So, many times as writers, we’re in our own heads, literally. And people don’t really like to read anymore , so you might send it to a friend, and you don’t get a honest or good feedback. So, the best way is to workshop. Hold a reading for your work or make it. – Issa Rae

  1. Hmmmmmm! I agree it’s normally me. But the rest I’m even sure if I understand. But that sister is a bad one so I’d say thank you and try to figure it out.
