Real Life of an MSW 
I’m reminded of the scripture that the power of life and death lies on our tongue! That little small long thing in our mouths carries a lot of weight.

Words are one thing we cannot take back. Therefore, I often encourage individuals to sleep on an issue, and allow themselves to reply the following day, and when that is not an option. Take a few mindful deep breaths, before replying.
