    I had a boss many, many years ago who said this to me. He also said never come to him with a probelm unless I had 3 suggestions to solve the problem – this has served me will over the years.

      Sounds like a great boss, and it is solid advice. I don’t know about having three solutions, but an individual should at least have one, and be able to explain why their solution is best.

  3. When I was in the Army I was taught not to complain unless I had a solution. I later taught my babies that. It’s stuck with me throughout the years. Now, with that being said, I will voice my opinion. LMBO!
