I’m very expressive. I use my hands when I speak, and my voice is not exactly on the quiet side. I am pretty sure this is why I often told in performance reviews that I came across as aggressive at work.

I am glad you can find the humor in those moments Derrick, as I sometimes feel in those moments you have to laugh to not cry as society can be so quick to judge someone’s behavior and make assumptions.

I do not find it to be a joke, but a natural reaction for certain individuals and cultures. I always say be your authentic self because as an individual you’re not made for everybody to understand and/or like you. Here is a song you might enjoy, pay attention to the hook…lol
