Which do you recommend: a mini-chopper or food processor? Is the only difference the size/capacity?

A: Yes, the primary difference is size, so it depends on what you want to use it for and how much. For the longest time, I only had a mini-chopper, and it works great for chopping herbs and small amounts of vegetables, making sauces (like chimichurri), and even making my own nut butters. However, with a larger food processor, you can do more, especially if it comes with attachments (e.g. you can make pie dough and shred and slice ingredients).
