I recently heard Bishop T.D. Jakes say that if you feel like you are going to have a tough holiday, consider breaking with tradition. Do something new and fresh—go on a vacation, volunteer at a soup kitchen. Get ahead of the pain so you don’t get lost in the past. So, I’d say that if you are feeling down or that everyone else is out there having the fa-la-la good time, make a decision to give someone a major act of kindness. It doesn’t have to be a lot of money, but it will require your time, presence and essence. I am telling you, this will be the biggest gift you can give to yourself. – Oprah

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
My therapist would tell me to feel it, acknowledge it, and then get to moving. She said that I’d use my smile to disregard my real feelings. Hmmmmm!
