SMART Resolution

SMART Goals really are where it’s at!I imagine most of you have sat through some really boring HR presentations about SMART goals at work, and while I agree most presentations on the topic are less than riveting, the method really is solid.  Research proves that your New Year’s resolutions should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Did you get that? No vague resolutions this year! Check them against the SMART method and revise them until they meet the standard.
